The potential seller must trust a real estate agent to share with them what they need to know rather than what they want to hear.

After discussing market strategies, and the property goes on the market it’s when a realtor is to follow up with all interested parties. Communicate all interests and feedback with the seller.

If, after concluding the review of your property, I feel that I could not accomplish your selling objectives, I would rather turn you down than let you down later.

Likewise, with purchasing a property, I will not try to push a buyer in a direction they might regret later. When the timing is right, I will use my professional approach to help a buyer achieve their goal of obtaining a quality home of their choosing.
